CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your booking appointment. a deposit fee is required, which will be deducted from your session charges. (Based on service) CANCELLATION If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future oppointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice have to pay the full deposit. LATE ARRIVAL We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for next appointment. NO-SHOW POLICY You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS Allowed for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.
